Refund and Returns Policy

If you have any issues with your order at all, send an email to [email protected]. Within 30 days of receiving your order, a team member will be happy to help if there are any problems.

DIVERTED ORDERS

Should our shipping provider deem your order “lost,” we will arrange a new shipment at our cost or issue a full refund.

RETURN POLICY

If the item falls under any of the following categories, you can return it.:
  • The printed image could be more transparent.
  • The printed picture is not in the middle of the clothes.
  • The package was received differently from what was ordered.
  • Damage from delivery: torn, dirty,
  • The order does not match the order in terms of size, color, or style.
  • We made a couple more mistakes.
If you have any of the above-listed issues with the goods you have, please let us know via email or the website, pictures of the errors, and your purchase number. We will issue a refund or exchange of the item as soon as it is determined that the issue has been fixed.
Please note that we can only accept returns for unopened, undamaged merchandise.

REFUNDS POLICY

If your item is eligible for a return and fits the conditions, we will reimburse you within five business days (see the RETURN POLICY).
The credit card or initial payment method that you used to place your order will be credited with your refund.
Since the refund represents a reversal of your payment, we can only repay it as received. This is the fastest and most secure way to cancel a fee and get your money back.
There is no reimbursement for delivery expenses. The cost of return shipping will be subtracted from your refund if you are eligible for one.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Check your bank account again if you haven’t received your return yet.
Next, contact your credit card company; the refund may appear on your account later.
Finally, give your bank a call. Refunds typically take longer to post after processing.
Please email [email protected] if, despite performing these measures, you have yet to receive your refund.

EXCHANGES

Each product is inspected for quality control before shipping to you. But have a look below in case you missed it!
When you open the package and find the product has any of the problems mentioned below, snap a photo and email us your purchase number.
  • The printed image could be more explicit.
  • The printed picture is not in the middle of the clothes.
  • The package was received differently from what was ordered.
  • Damage from delivery: torn, dirty,
  • The size, color, and style-wise, order do not match the order.
  • Other mistakes we make
Once it has been verified that the issue has been resolved, we will send you a replacement item.
Please refer to the size chart. We won’t be held responsible for the size if we create it as you requested. We will follow the previously indicated procedure if the supplied size deviates from the order.
